Victor D. Nieblas Pradis practices Immigration Law in Southern California. He is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego and Loyola Law School. Mr. Nieblas is a past President of the AILA, Southern California Chapter, serving over 900 attorneys. He is a past Chairperson for the Immigration Law Section for the Hispanic National Bar Association. He is also a past Trustee for the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA), and past chairperson of the MABA Immigration Subcommittee. He has presented numerous lectures and programs for AILA, MABA, HNBA, Los Angeles Country Bar Association, and the California State Bar. Mr. Nieblas is the host of a Cable Television show named "Inmigracion 411", where he provides answers to questions and interviews with Immigration experts. Mr. Nieblas is the guest legal commentator for several local News Broadcasts, including Channel 22 News in Los Angeles, Univision’s Primera Edicion, and Telemundo’s Evening News in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Nieblas is regularly quoted in major national print media and often appears on national news broadcasts discussing Immigration Law.
