b. Immigrant Visas (through business, employment, National Interest Waiver, and Employment-Based categories) and otherwise also handle complex immigration cases.
The principals of the firm also deal with tax matters relating to federal, state, international, sales tax, estate-planning issues and general litigation.
Our Law Firm has affiliated offices in Mumbai (Bombay), and New Delhi, India. Due to our strategic location in the heart of Silicon Valley we also do work with attorneys in other parts of the world.
