At Dayzad Law Offices, we make an otherwise intimidating process smooth and stress-free for our clients. An experienced immigration attorney—not just a secretary or paralegal—devotes attention to each case. Focusing on client preferences and goals, the attorney will use extensive legal expertise to create a strong case strategy. Clients receive a response to their inquiries from an immigration attorney within a day. They can also access their immigration file through a secure state-of-the-art case management software anytime, day or night.

ATTORNEY BIOGRAPHY

Navid Dayzad creates immigration strategies that help businesses hire valuable foreign-national employees, and help families realize their dreams in the United States. He is dedicated to providing personal service to his clientele, who inspire him and remind him that he is an immigrant too. Mr. Dayzad speaks English, Farsi and Spanish.

For five years, Mr. Dayzad has been selected as a "Rising Star" immigration attorney—among the top 2 1/2 percent of the outstanding, emerging lawyers in Southern California. This honor and a news article about Mr. Dayzad was published in Los Angeles magazine and Law & Politics' Super Lawyers magazine.

Prior to immersing himself in immigration law in January 2001, Mr. Dayzad practiced employment law at the international firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, where he litigated and counseled employment law cases. Mr. Dayzad earned his law degree in 1999 from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall)—ranked among the nation's top 10 law schools. Mr. Dayzad graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1996, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

In his personal life, Navid is a dedicated uncle to his niece and nephews, and an ambitious traveler (having embarked on solo adventures to Amsterdam, Paris, Stockholm, Berlin, Mexico, and Montreal). He loves to laugh at the antics of his cat, Ziggy—and even at himself when he botches colloquial American idioms. His favorite place to catch some laughs is the Groundlings Theater in Los Angeles, where he was a former student of improvisational comedy (just for fun!).
