Attorney Charles E. Small has been a licensed California attorney since 1990.  He has focused exclusively on Immigration Law, primarily business immigration law since 1996.  During that time, he has successfully prepared thousands of nonimmigrant visa petitions for U.S. companies and academic institutions employing scientists, engineers, researchers, professors, architects and many other professionals.  He has helped individuals and companies start new businesses in the United States.  He has successfully obtained permanent resident status (green cards) for people based upon their employment and recent marriage.  He has excellent experience filing labor certifications in numerous states throughout the U.S., as well as analyzing and preparing immigration cases without the need for labor certification.
