The Law Offices of Michael M Felix is predominantly an Entertainment Immigration practice. Our office specializes in preparing Non-Immigrant O and P Visa applications for our clients. Our office has submitted thousands of O and P visa applications for entertainers throughout the years since our firm's establishment and practice. Some of our clients include: Vicente & Alejandro Fernandez, Pepe Aguilar, Mariachi Vargas, 3BallMTY, Espinoza Paz, Grupo Pesado, as well as many other top regional Mexican music artists. Additionally, our office prepares visa applications for Actor’s from Australia, Canada, England, and Mexico; Mixed Martial Arts Fighters from Europe; International Deejays (DJ) and Producers; Boxers from Mexico and South America; Writers and Composers from Mexico and Canada. Our office has well established working relationships with major studios such as Disney, Fox, NBC Universal, as well as the Latin Grammys.
Our office also prepares Family and Employment based applications for our clients. We have prepared numerous I-130, DS-260, I-140, I-485, I-90, I-751, B Visa, F Visa, H1-B Visa, K-Visa, L Visa, and we are now currently preparing deferred action cases for our clients.
We take the time to thoroughly review the qualifications of our clients and discuss the entire process until our clients feel comfortable in entrusting us with their cases. Unlike many other firms, our firm does not charge a consultation fee only to tell you at the end that we won't accept your case or that you don't qualify for a visa. Our principal attorney, Michael M Felix, has traveled to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Service Centers in both California and Vermont. He has received specialized training in adjudicating visas for entertainers by USCIS staff directly.
