Amita Vasudeva has been practicing immigration law exclusively for over a fourteen years. She has experience in representing businesses in obtaining visas and permanent residence (“green cards”) for foreign national employees in the United States. She also represents U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents in petitioning for spouses, children, and other family members to join them in the United States. In addition, Attorney Vasudeva represents individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court (Executive Office for Immigration Review).
Attorney Vasudeva has presented and written about immigration law as a faculty member for the Massachusetts Center for Continuing Legal Education. She was a regular contributor on immigration issues for a community newspaper in New England for four years, before re-locating to the Bay Area in 2007. Attorney Vasudeva holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and a B.A. from Oberlin College. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
