Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California. Mr. Roemer addresses immigration matters at forums such as the Australian-American Chamber of Commerce, and the International Diplomacy Council.
Mr. Roemer is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the National Lawyers Guild (NLG) and has served as AILA's Liaison to the San Francisco INS Asylum Office. From  2006-2013, Mr. Roemer was chosen every year as one of Northern California's "Super Lawyers" by his peers in the field of immigration law.

Christopher A. Kerosky has been a lawyer since 1984. He has extensive experience as a trial lawyer and a business advisor. He is a former Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt School of Law). He speaks Polish and Spanish, and speaks conversationally in Russian and French
Wilson Purves is a graduate of the University of Buenas Aires in Argentina and is licensed to practice law in California. Wilson has experience in both civil litigation and immigration. He is a native speaker of Spanish.
Susanna Bogue is licensed by the State Bar of California and has been an immigration lawyer since 1988. She has extensive experience in all aspects of immigration law. She is fluent in Spanish.
Three of our staff members speak Spanish. Our staff also speaks Polish, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
